About CBMM Properties
From Four Rescue Dogs to Neighbors-Helping-Neighbors
CBMM Properties, LLC began with a birthday cake on the kitchen table and four wagging tails at our feet—Clyde, Bonnie, Maggie, and Milton. Their initials became our name, a daily reminder that loyalty and second chances matter. When we bought our first rundown duplex twelve years ago, the goal was simple: rescue a tired house the way we’d rescued those pups, give it new life, and offer a family an affordable place to call home.
That single project snowballed into dozens of Ohio and surrounding areas rehabs, off-market purchases, and turnkey rentals. Yet we’ve kept the business intentionally small: no call-center scripts, no one-size-fits-all offers. Every seller sits down with the same decision-makers who will later swing a hammer, screen tenants, or walk an investor through the numbers. It’s hands-on, hyper-local, and downright personal—just the way we like it.

MISSION, VALUES, AND THE WIN-WIN PROMISE
Our mission has never wavered: restore houses, relieve stress, and reinvest profits back into Clark County.
TRANSPARENCY
Fair numbers explained in plain English
COMPASSION
Because foreclosure notices and inherited properties are tough
CRAFTSMANSHIP
If we wouldn't live there, we won't rent it
COMMUNITY IMPACT
Those values guide every deal—whether we're buying a fire-damaged bungalow for cash, managing a turnkey rental for an out-of-state partner, or helping a landlord exit gracefully with tenants still in place. We're proud that past clients now call us friends, contractors wave when we drive by, and renters send Christmas cards. That community goodwill is our real bottom line—and the reason Ohio and surrounding areas homeowners searching "sell your house as is" consistently land on CBMM.
A FEW RECENT TRANSFORMATIONS
Real stories of houses rescued and families helped
Maple Street Revival
Vacant, water-damaged, and headed for condemnation. We replaced the roof, dried every stud, and opened the walls for an airy layout. Today a veteran family rents the home below market, and property values on the block have ticked upward.
Harrison Avenue Makeover
An out-of-state heir needed to close fast after probate. We wired funds in ten days, handled the cleanup, and turned the house into a cash-flowing rental sold to a first-time investor who lives 600 miles away.
Elm Lane Stabilization
A tired landlord was behind on taxes and ready to walk away. We purchased the property with tenants in place, fixed code violations, and kept the family housed—proving “sell house, no repairs” can still protect good renters.
